Dewormer For Cancer

Researchers are studying a dewormer for dogs and its close cousin, mebendazole (used to treat tapeworms), as possible treatments for hepatocellular carcinoma. The drugs stop cancerous liver tissue from growing in mice by collapsing tubulin, which is both a micro-skeleton and highway for transporting nutrients. Posts and TikTok videos claiming that the dog dewormer fenbendazole cures cancer have gained traction on social media. The Joe Tippens protocol combines fenbendazole with CBD oil and curcumin, with vitamin E as an optional addition. Prevention Joe Tippens was given three months to live after being diagnosed with late-stage lung cancer in 2016. The Edmond, Oklahoma man wouldn’t accept that and instead developed his own treatment program centered around a dog dewormer compound called fenbendazole (brand names include Safe Guard, Pro Sense, Panacur). Along with fenbendazole, the Joe Tippens protocol includes CBD oil, curcumin (tumeric) and vitamin E. Since implementing the regimen, Joe has been cancer free. He credits the dog dewormer for this miraculous result. Treatment The treatment of gastrointestinal parasites is typically accomplished by the administration of drugs known as anthelmintics. Several different classes of anthelmintics are available to livestock producers and include the benzimidazoles, macrocyclic lactones and imidazothiazoles. These anthelmintics can be administered in either pour-on or tablet forms and are used to control worm infestations in cattle. Infectious gastrointestinal worms cause malnutrition by hindering the body’s ability to absorb nutrients, primarily iron, from food. In addition to causing anemia, these infections can lead to severe chronic diseases, including schistosomiasis and soil-transmitted helminths (STH). Fortunately, many of these problems are amenable to population-based mass deworming. Regular treatment with anthelmintic medicines can reduce the number of worms in the intestine and improve anemia and overall health, especially among children. In developing countries, the most common anthelmintic is pyrantel permeate, which is given orally in pill form and works to kill the worms. Other anthelmintic medications include the benzimidazoles, which work to disrupt the worm’s digestive system, and the macrocyclic lactones, such as Ivomec and Cydectin, which paralyze the worms. Lastly, a number of natural dietary remedies can also act as effective anthelmintic treatments. For example, garlic is rich in sulfur and can kill the worms while pumpkin seeds contain cucurbitacin, which expels worms from the body. Detection Deworming is the most cost effective way to prevent gastrointestinal parasites, and can be used on any species of animal. Dewormers are typically categorized into three classes: benzimidazoles (Safe-Guard, Valbazen), macrocyclic lactones (Ivomec, Cydectin) and imidazothiazoles (FECRT). Many livestock producers choose to use anthelmintics on their flocks based on the parasite burden, species of worms and stage of production (ewe vs. lamb vs. ram). Many parasites are difficult to detect, but there are some early indicators that can indicate a parasitic problem. The most common early indicator is a drop in milk production, but other signs include decreased appetite and diarrhea. When it comes to detecting parasites in people, gastroenterologists typically look for the presence of worm eggs under fingernails. This is because worms are transferred by the hands and leave their eggs behind when they move. Everyone who is susceptible to worms should be dewormed. This includes toddlers, children, people with poor body and food hygiene, and those who walk barefoot. However, it is especially important to deworm growing children and women of reproductive age. These people suffer disproportionally from the long-term detrimental effects of helminth infections, and it is these groups that have the greatest benefit from regular deworming.dewormer for cancer
